- Legal support
- Attorney support costs extra and has state availability limits. Customer support is not a substitute for legal advice.
- Before you buy
- Plan for signing and asset transfers. Funding guidance does not mean the company retitles your property for you.

When a lawyer belongs in the comparison
Consider individual legal advice if you have a blended family, a beneficiary receiving disability benefits, business ownership, property in multiple states, potential estate taxes or a likely dispute. Ask for an itemized quote covering drafting, signing, deeds and future changes.

Before you choose
Do I need to pay a subscription to keep my documents?
Separate the signed documents from the online editing or support service. Ask what remains accessible after cancellation, whether you can download copies, and how future changes are handled. Read the selected membership terms before paying.
Is customer support the same as an attorney reviewing my plan?
No. Account help and help using software differ from legal advice about your circumstances. Confirm whether attorney review is included, who provides it, and whether it covers your state and specific issue.
Can I buy a plan for my parents?
You can help gather information and compare options. Your parents’ wishes and ability to make and execute their own plan matter. Obtain legal advice if decision-making capacity, undue influence or authority to act is uncertain.
